Each customer, being a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code and using the online store Kolejowe Modelarstwo, is entitled - under the provisions of the law - to withdraw from the contract of purchase of goods (services), without giving any reason, within the period described below.
The consumer has the right to withdraw within a maximum period of 14 days, which begins on the day the consumer receives the goods.
In the case of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The cost of return delivery of goods is charged to the consumer.
The consumer's right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:
- music and audiovisual recordings and computer programs recorded on computer data carriers after the consumer has removed their original packaging
- contracts for services for which the price or remuneration depends exclusively on the movement of prices on the financial market
- goods (services) beyond the standard offer of the store, prepared on special order of the customer and tailored to his individual needs
- services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose object is subject to rapid deterioration
- delivery of newspapers
