Hottmodel Ltd. - Administrator of your personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO), informs:
- The administrator of your personal data collected by the Service is Hottmodel Sp. z o.o., based in Szczęśliwa 3/---, 55-002 Gajków.
- The Privacy Policy defines how Users' personal data necessary to provide services electronically through the www.hottmodel.eu website (hereinafter: the Service) are collected, processed and stored.
- The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
- Contact with the Administrator on matters related to the processing of Personal Data is possible by sending a message to the e-mail address: iodo@hottmodel.eu.
- Collected Personal Data is used for:
- User account registration,
- enabling login to the Website,
- execution of the contract concerning services and e-services,
- communication with the User (contact form, etc.)
- dispatching a newsletter (after the User consents to receive it),
- running a comment system,
- providing community services,
- promotion of the Administrator's offer,
- marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
- personalization of the Service for Users,
- analytical and statistical activities. - The Administrator may process Users' personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, Tax ID.
- Users' personal data will be processed for a period of time:
- - when the basis of data processing is the performance of a contract - until the statute of limitations for claims after its performance,
- - when the basis of data processing is consent - until its revocation, and after revocation of consent until the statute of limitations for claims.
- In both cases, the statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and those relating to the conduct of business - 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).
- Sharing of personal data:
- - Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies handling e-payments, companies providing courier/postal services, law firms.
- - Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Users' rights:
- - The User of the Service has the right to: access to the content of their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing, withdrawal of consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
- - Notification of the User's assertion of the right under the listed rights should be sent to iodo@hottmodel.eu. The Administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately - within a maximum of one month of receipt.
- - The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she considers that the processing violates his/her rights and freedoms (RODO).

- - The Service collects information through cookies - session cookies, permanent cookies and third-party cookies.
- - The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Website and serves statistical purposes.
- - The user can specify the extent of access of cookies to his/her device in the browser settings.
- Automated decision-making and profiling
- - Users' data may not be processed in an automated manner so that any decisions could be made about them as a result.
- - Users' Data may be profiled in order to adapt the content and personalize the offer after their consent.
- In order to ensure an appropriate level of security of Personal Data, including in particular its integrity and confidentiality, the Company uses appropriate organizational and technical measures.
- Final provisions
- - The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, while the rights of Users will not be restricted.
- - Information about the changes will appear in the form of an announcement available on the Website.
- - You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. - In order to ensure an adequate level of security of Personal Data, including, in particular, its integrity and confidentiality, the Company applies appropriate organizational and technical measures.
